KSM was an all-female American pop-rock band that captured the hearts of a young audience during their active years from 2006 to 2010. Backed by The Walt Disney Company, the group consisted of Shelby Cobra (vocals), Shae Padilla (lead guitar), Katie Cecil (rhythm guitar), Sophia Melon (bass), and Kate Cabebe (drums). Their energetic sound and relatable lyrics quickly found a home on Radio Disney and across various Disney-related projects, establishing them as a prominent act within the teen pop scene of the late 2000s.

In 2009, KSM released their debut and only studio album, titled "Read Between the Lines." The album was a collection of catchy, guitar-driven tracks that showcased their rock sensibilities and pop appeal. They supported the album by touring with major acts of the time, including Demi Lovato, and their music was featured in the film "10 Things I Hate About You."

Despite building a dedicated fanbase and a promising start, the band announced their official disbandment in August 2010. The members decided to part ways to pursue individual career paths and educational opportunities. Although their time in the music industry was relatively short, KSM left a lasting impression as a talented and dynamic all-female group that rocked the Disney stage.
