Privacy Policy
Ticket Wallet | Last updated May 19, 2026
Ticket Wallet prioritizes the safeguarding of your privacy and is dedicated to establishing a trustworthy and secure online setting for all individuals who engage and make purchases through our platform.
This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") outlines the nature of personal information that Ticket Wallet collects when you interact with our mobile applications ("App") and our website located at www.TicketWallet.com ("Website", collectively with the App, referred to as the "Platform"), the purposes for collecting such information, how we utilize it, and the rights you possess concerning your personal information.
We encourage you to meticulously review this privacy statement to gain insights into our practices concerning privacy and data protection before accessing or utilizing the Platform.
In this statement, "Ticket Wallet", "we", "us", and "our" are used interchangeably based on the context. "You" and its derivatives pertain to you as a user of the Platform.
Personal Information We Gather
Information You Offer
We accumulate personal data that you willingly submit to us during the creation (and subsequent modification) of your user account on Ticket Wallet, as you navigate and engage with our platform, or when interacting with our team or other users.
Examples of such information include your full name, residential and billing addresses, email address, contact number, date of birth, financial data (credit card or bank account details), correspondence via email with our support team, your favorite artists, teams, or shows, your purchase or browsing history, and other relevant data that aids in your identification or verification, or enhances the quality of the data you supply to us. For those selling tickets on Ticket Wallet, we gather additional data necessary for payment processing, including name, birth date, social security number, and/or tax identification numbers, physical address, and banking details.
At times, the nature of the information shared can be deemed sensitive according to the prevailing legal frameworks. Such sensitive data includes information related to your disabilities, gathered with the intention of ensuring suitable access or provision of special seating arrangements during events.
Automated Data Collection
As you interact with Ticket Wallet services, we systematically gather data regarding your engagement, including:
- Log Details: Information like browser type, access times, viewed pages, IP address, and the previous page before accessing Ticket Wallet is logged.
- Device Details: We record data about the device used to access Ticket Wallet, including the model, operating system, unique identifiers, and mobile network info.
- Approximate Location: When you visit the Website, our hosting and content-delivery providers (such as Cloudflare and Amazon CloudFront) include your approximate location — derived from your IP address — in the request headers we receive. We use this to surface nearby events and to comply with regional legal obligations. We do not request precise device-level location on the Website or in our mobile applications.
- Tracking Technologies: Various tools, including cookies and web beacons, are used to track online activities, browser and device info, visited pages, and viewed content. We employ the third-party services described below for analytics, advertising, support, and payment processing.
Cookies and Other Tracking Tools
Ticket Wallet and our partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to understand how the Platform is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. The specific third-party services we load — and the data each one receives — are listed in "Third-Party Services We Use" below.
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit specific web pages, aiding in personalizing user experience and understanding user engagement with our services.
Third parties are also permitted to use tracking tech on Ticket Wallet for analytics and personalized advertising. These technologies help in delivering tailored ads on our and third-party platforms.
Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third-party services on the Platform. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): first-party web analytics, engaged as our service provider under a signed Data Processing Amendment with Google. We do not enable Google Signals, ad personalization, audience sharing, or any Google advertising integration on this property; GA4 is used solely to measure how the Platform is used. IP addresses are processed by Google in accordance with their data processing terms and are not stored on Ticket Wallet's servers. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or you decline on our cookie banner, GA4 is loaded with non-personalized, cookieless settings (Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage denied).
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): advertising and conversion measurement. When enabled with your consent, the Meta Pixel sends page views and event data (such as which page you visited) to Meta so that we can measure ad performance and reach interested audiences. The Meta Pixel does not load until you accept on the cookie banner described below. If you decline, your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you later change your choice via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, we stop sending events to Meta and remove the cookies it sets (_fbp, _fbc) from your device. When you are signed in, we also send a stable account identifier (“external_id”) so Meta can attribute conversions back to your earlier activity. We do not transmit your name, email, phone number, or payment details through the Meta Pixel.
- Intercom (Intercom, Inc.): in-product support messaging. Used to provide live chat and help-center responses when you contact support.
- Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.): product analytics. Used server-side to record account-tied events (such as signup or purchase) so we can understand how the Platform is used and improve it. Receives your account identifier, email, name, and phone number from our backend. Mixpanel is not loaded in your browser and sets no cookies on your device.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.): payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment-card and bank-account data directly from you to complete purchases and seller payouts. Card numbers are not stored on Ticket Wallet's servers.
- Plaid (Plaid, Inc.): seller bank-account verification and payout linking. When you connect a bank account to receive seller payouts, Plaid handles the secure connection to your financial institution. Plaid processes your bank credentials directly — we never see or store them. Your data is handled in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
The list above is the full set of third-party services we load from the Platform today. If we add or remove a service, we will update this section.
Managing Cookies and Opting Out
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, which reopens the cookie banner showing your current selection. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie on your device for two years.
- Accept: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are both active. GA4 collects engagement and device data for our internal analytics; Meta Pixel sends conversion events to measure advertising performance.
- Decline: Meta Pixel stops sending events and its cookies (_fbp, _fbc) are removed from your device. Google Analytics 4 continues to run in non-personalized, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage denied) so we can still see anonymous, modeled traffic counts but cannot identify you across visits.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Browsers that send a GPC signal are treated as having declined automatically; we do not show the banner.
- Intercom (support chat): Loads on all visits regardless of your cookie choice. We treat live support as functionally necessary, similar to your login session. Intercom sets only the cookies required to maintain a continuous conversation and to verify your identity if you're signed in.
In jurisdictions where such tracking is classified as a "sale" or "share" under privacy laws, you can also opt out by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note, opting out may affect the availability of certain features.
Your opt-out preferences are browser-specific; you may need to opt out on every browser and device used to access our services. More information and management options for cookies and tracking can be found at https://www.allaboutcookies.org or http://optout.aboutads.info/.
Data from Other Sources
We might also gather personal information from third parties — including identity-verification services, fraud-detection services, mailing-list providers, and publicly accessible databases — and combine it with the information we collect directly from you.

We are dedicated to safeguarding your data and ensuring that it is used to enhance service delivery and user experience.
