I want to sell a ticket, but I do not see the event in the app. What should I do?

with the event name and date, and we will add the event to the platform, typically within 24 hours. You will be notified once the event is available.

Tickets purchased on Ticket Wallet are delivered directly to the Ticketmaster, AXS, or SeatGeek account associated with the email address you used at checkout, or emailed directly to that address.

For sports tickets, check the Account Manager (AM) site for the relevant team. For example, Golden State Warriors tickets are accessed at https://am.ticketmaster.com/warriors/.

Does Ticket Wallet have a mobile app?

Yes! Ticket Wallet is available online at Ticketwallet.com, on mobile for iOS, and on Android.

Using the App

What happens when I click the List button?

The List button activates your tickets. Ticket Wallet automatically prices them using our Ticket Intelligence pricing model and distributes them across resale marketplaces to maximize the likelihood of a sale at a competitive price.

Where are my tickets broadcasted?

Ticket Wallet broadcasts your tickets across Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, TickPick, Gametime, AXS, GoTickets, Ticket Evolution, TicketNetwork, TradeDesk, and more.

We are frequently adding new marketplace partners to make sure we consistently provide the best omnichannel distribution for our customers.

Can I sell only some of the seats I have for an event?

Yes. You control how many of your tickets are listed for sale and can list a subset of your seats at any time.

If I change my mind, can I delist a ticket?

Yes. As long as a ticket has not sold, you can unlist it at any time from the listing details screen.

How close to the event can my tickets stay listed?

Tickets will be automatically delisted before the event unless one of the following is on file: (1) the ticket barcodes have been entered in the Ticket Wallet app, or (2) the tickets have been forwarded to [email protected].

On the day of the event, you will receive an email reminder to complete one of those steps. If neither is in place by the cutoff, the listing may be pulled down to avoid the risk of a missed delivery to a buyer.

Can I list all of my tickets at once?

Yes. Ticket Wallet supports a List All option that activates every eligible ticket in your wallet in a single step.

What happens when my tickets sell? Do I need to transfer them to the buyer?

If you have logged in with your team credentials or entered the barcodes of your tickets in the app, your tickets will transfer to the buyer automatically.

If neither is on file, you will receive a notification asking you to forward the tickets to [email protected] once they sell.

How do I add my bank information?

From the Profile tab, you can securely connect your bank account through our Plaid-powered bank authentication portal.

Selling & Pricing

What is a price floor, and should I set one?

A price floor is the minimum amount you are willing to accept per ticket. Ticket Wallet will never sell a ticket below the floor you set.

Setting a floor is optional. If our algorithm detects that your floor is too high for the ticket to sell, you will receive a notification suggesting an adjustment.

To maximize the value of the platform, we do not recommend setting a price floor.

Is the price floor per ticket or per order? Can I adjust it for each game?

The price floor applies to each individual ticket listed. For example, a $100 floor means each ticket will sell for at least $100. You can set a different floor for each game.

It is worth noting that setting a price floor can reduce the likelihood of a sale.

Can I control how many of my tickets are sold at a time?

In addition to optimizing price, our models analyze live and historical market data to determine the optimal grouping of tickets (for example, selling them in pairs versus singles) to give all of your tickets the best chance of selling at the best price.

If you need a bespoke adjustment to how your tickets are grouped, and our team can help.

How do I know if my tickets sold for a good price?

The most accurate benchmark is to compare your sale price to comparable tickets listed closer to the event date. Keep in mind that prices shown on other marketplaces typically include buyer fees and are often higher than the price tickets actually clear at.

How does intelligent pricing work?

Our proprietary algorithms analyze live market data and historical trends to anticipate price movement, then continuously adjust your listings to balance the likelihood of a sale with the highest achievable selling price.

Some of the data points our model considers:

  • Total listings supply, supply trends, and price distributions
  • Stadium capacity and venue location
  • Matchup rating, event popularity, and trending events
  • Historical sales, prices, supply, and trends
I do not think my tickets are listed at a good price. How can I change them?

You can adjust the price floor for any listing at any time. If you believe there is a broader issue with how your tickets are priced, and our team will review your listings.

What does Ticket Wallet charge?

Ticket Wallet charges a flat 10% commission on each successful sale, equal to or below the fee charged by most major marketplaces. The difference is what comes with it: broader distribution across resale channels and fully automated, intelligent pricing on every listing.

Are there any other fees?

No. There are no listing fees, no upload fees, and no charges if your tickets do not sell.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are initiated within 24 hours after the event and are delivered through Plaid's ACH transfer product, which can take up to 72 hours to settle in your bank account.

How profitable is Ticket Wallet?

While Ticket Wallet does not promise any guaranteed returns, early customers increased annual returns by 27%. Ticket Wallet's automated pricing and distribution helps users get more money from every sale while making it easier to list and sell more tickets without the hassle.

Barcodes

Why should I add barcodes to my tickets?

Adding barcodes increases visibility for your listings (some marketplaces only accept barcoded inventory) and allows Ticket Wallet to automatically transfer tickets to the buyer once they sell.

How do I add barcodes to my tickets?

Open the ticket details in your Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, or team account, locate the barcode value, and enter it on the corresponding ticket in the Ticket Wallet app.

Doing an auto-upload (connecting your team account by logging in with your team credentials) automatically barcodes all of your inventory, so you get maximum visibility and automatic transfers.

Note: sometimes you have to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet before being able to view the barcodes. If you have any difficulty finding your tickets, and we can assist you.

Notifications

I received a notification asking me to lower my price floor. What does that mean?

This notification means our algorithm has determined that your current floor is likely too high for the ticket to sell at that price. Lowering the floor improves the likelihood that your ticket will sell.

I received a notification that my tickets were sold. When will I be paid?

Payouts are initiated within 24 hours after the event and are delivered through Plaid's ACH transfer product, which can take up to 72 hours to settle in your bank account.
